Add mayo for moisture and needed additional fat.

The yields (protein and fat at 10, calories at 133) pertain to 1 egg bite (56 g) as stated. But hold on - a large egg itself is roughly 68 g, while a medium egg is roughly 58 g.... So what is an egg bite by your definition? The whole lot (4 eggs with bacon and cheese etc...) are how many egg bites?

**My personal understanding only!!** Since the same questions keep coming up, I'm posting as a new thread. You can also access the Comment responses to each question individually. (1) The recipe makes 4 bites. The macros are for 1 egg bite = 1 serving. You can scale the recipe to however many egg bites you prefer. You can enter as many egg bite servings into your macros as you prefer. (2) A large egg has >about< 0.5 g carbs, mostly in the yolk. Cheese also has carbs. Hope this helps!

            (1) At the very, very top right below the name of the recipe it gives the size of 1 serving. (2) The info below the heading "About the Recipe" tells you how many servings the recipe makes, as written. You can adjust this to change the ingredient list for however many servings you want to make. You can eat as many servings as you want, just record that in your Daily Log. (3) Finally, if you scroll down to the end of all the comments, you will find all the nutrition data, starting with the size of 1 serving.

This app is totally customizable to each person. You may not need 4 whole egg bites but someone that's trying to get 2500 calories a day might.. One whole egg or two egg halves is a serving. If you need more cals or macros, add another serving.

Click the three dot menu in the top right corner and click “copy to my foods”. Then, in your my foods tab, open the recipe, click the three dot menu again, and click “edit custom recipe”. From the edit screen you can delete their ingredients and sub in your own.

The recipe is four eggs, a serving is one egg bite. I would probably eat two and count the macros accordingly.

1 egg bite is 56 g as stated. But hold on - a large egg itself is roughly 68 g, while a medium egg is roughly 58 g.... So what is an egg bite by your definition? The whole lot (4 eggs with bacon and cheese etc...) are how many egg bites? Looks like 320-330 gram, meaning 6 egg bites...

If you go to bottom of recipe it says 1 serve us 1 egg bite, so there are 4 serves.
