Ingredients
Romaine Lettuce
4 outerleaf
Mustard
2 teaspoon
Deli Ham
2 medium slice - 4 1/4" x 4 1/4" x 1/16" - each 0.75 ounce
Pork Chops, Loin, Fresh, No Visible Fat Eaten
2 chop
Swiss Cheese
1 slice- each 3/4 ounce
Olive Oil
1 tablespoon
Lime Zest
1 teaspoon
Garlic Powder
½ teaspoon
Salt, Sea Salt
¼ teaspoon
Black Pepper
⅛ teaspoon
Dill Pickles
2 small - approx 2" long

Step 1
Heat the olive oil in a pan over a medium heat. Season the pork loins with salt, pepper, garlic powder and the lime zest.Step 2
Add the pork to the pan and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side or until golden brown and completely cooked through. Slice each loin into 6 even strips.Step 3
Divide the pork strips between the lettuce leaves.Step 4
Top each with a half teaspoon of mustard. Tear over the cheese and ham and slice the dill pickles. Scatter over the pickles to serve.
